Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for you to receive a full refund.  If you cancel a booked tour 24 hours before the it is due to start you will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be discussed via phone or email.

Please note that refunds will be sent to your initial mode of payment.

Changing a Booking 

We can consider changing the date of a booked tour if you can no longer attend. However, rescheduling is based on availability. If a new date cannot be agreed you will receive a full refund.

Request to reschedule a booked tour must be discussed via phone or email.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your requests and processing of refunds is approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at dubhlinn.irelandprivatetours@gmail.com.
